What does cashed based physical therapy mean?Cashed based physical therapy means that we are out of network with all insurance companies. We do not directly bill through insurance but you may be eligible for reimbursement directly from your insurance company. Our patients pay us directly for their 1:1 personalized physical therapy session. This allows us to focus all our attention on our patients reaching their goals, without being dictated by insurance companies.

Does Cash Based mean I can only pay with cash?We accept credit cards, cash or checks. We process all payments through our app. We also accept Health Spending Account (HSA) or Flex Spending Account (FSA) You will be provided with a Superbill after each session that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement

Why Cash Based Physical Therapy?Let’s be honest, the healthcare system doesn’t work for everyone. Insurance companies frequently reduce or cut reimbursement rates which greatly affects how healthcare workers are compensated. As a result, they then have to see more patients in a work day to make up the difference. This means that oftentimes a clinician may be seeing four or more patients in one hour and lower patient care standards. To make up for this most physical therapy clinics use techs or aides to complete their treatments. Patients do not receive the individualized care they need and often have to make more appointments only to never fully get a resolution to their initial problem. When we can spend more time with each person individually and review their history, goals and perform a thorough examination; we are treating patients in a way that is best for THEM This allows us to provide the highest quality of care for our patients and helps increase quality results, faster than traditional insurance based physical therapy
